The shareholders of the CargoLifter AG took the initiative and established a new CargoLifter company. The subject of the new company is the marketing and use of ‘lighterthan-air-technology’ for lifting and transporting freight and articles, to promote the development of this technology within the meaning of theapproach chosen by CargoLifter, while safeguarding the interests of the shareholders of the CargoLifter AG in Insolvency.

Discussions in Europe and Canada show that a big interest in CargoLifter exists. "The idea of the CargoLifter survived the economic crash", said the supervisory board chairman Dr. Carl von Gablenz. In April this year, CargoLifter moved closer to the majority of abaout 60.000 shareholders of the old company with printed documents in form of the "LifterNews" (see Downloads).

Mirko Hörmann, CEO of the new CargoLifter company: "The shareholders stand behind us and request us to continue CargoLifter".
